To all House Mite and Initiation Families
Each year in March
Harwood Youth Hockey has always held an end of year banquet to
celebrate the hockey season. We have had a pot luck dinner at
Harwood Union High School where we ate dinner and then has an
awards presentation where each team is called up and every
player received a trophy or medallion (depending on the team)
and was recognized by their coaches. As our program has grown it
has become problematic for our youngest players to enjoy such a
banquet due to the length of it. To keep it fun for all we
have decided to celebrate the end of the season for our House
Mites and Initiation at the Ice Center with an awards
presentation and pizza party just for them! We will have a
separate celebration for our Travel Teams.
So mark your calendars
for Sunday February 14, 2010 at 4:00 pm. We will begin with some
skating and end with pizza and medals for the kids. We have the
ice center rented from 4 to 5:30 pm.
